Wholesale-ready products use a simple volume ladder: Starter — 6 units at 40% off current MSRP, Standard — 12 units at 45% off current MSRP, and Bulk — 24 units at 50% off current MSRP. Choose a Core Mix where offered or select individual fragrances to build your own assortment across product types.

Core fragrance options: Business Casual, Blackberry Fairy, Cowboy, Rebel Black, and Twilight Orchid. Core Mix cases are weighted toward Cowboy and Business Casual based on Romilow sales history. Romilow now launches one seasonal fragrance at a time rather than a seasonal mix; Violet Omen is the current seasonal wholesale option in the product forms where it is currently produced.

Wholesale orders are made to order with a 10–14 business-day processing window. Orders are prepaid unless otherwise approved. Shipping or local delivery is quoted per order. Product availability and exact fragrance options are shown on each wholesale product page.

Wholesale orders ship in current Romilow packaging. Temporary consumer clearance of retiring legacy-label inventory does not represent current wholesale merchandise or wholesale MSRP.
