Ordering & Shipping
How long does it take to process an order?
Most orders are packed within 1–2 business days unless a product page, launch, or seasonal notice says otherwise.
How long does shipping take?
After your order is handed to the carrier, delivery time depends on the shipping method, carrier volume, weather, and your location. Standard U.S. shipping commonly takes several business days after processing.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. When your order ships, tracking will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Carrier scans can take time to appear, especially during busy seasons. If tracking has not moved after several business days, contact us with your order number and we can help check the status.
Do you offer local pickup?
If local pickup is available, it will appear as an option at checkout. If it does not appear, shipping is the available option for that order.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
Can I return a fragrance product?
Because fragrance and body care products are personal-use items, opened or used products generally cannot be returned. For the most current details, review the Returns & Refunds policy linked in the footer.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping box. We will review it and help with the next step.
What if I received the wrong item?
Contact us with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We will review the order and help correct the issue.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us quickly after placing your order. If the order has not been packed or shipped yet, we may be able to help. Once an order has shipped, it cannot usually be changed or canceled.

I am new to Romilow. Where should I start?
Start with the Core Collection or Best Sellers. These are the easiest entry points if you want the clearest feel for the Romilow style.
What are Romilow’s core fragrances?
- Business Casual — clean, polished, and refined.
- Blackberry Fairy — dark berry with a grown, sensual edge.
- Cowboy — clean, rugged, and easy to gift.
- Rebel Black — fresh, dark, musky, and cologne-like.
- Twilight Orchid — a refined modern floral.
Are Romilow scents strong?
Romilow is designed to feel noticeable and atmospheric without being harsh or overpowering. Strength can vary by fragrance, room size, airflow, product format, and personal sensitivity.
What if I am sensitive to fragrance?
Start small. Try one format first, use less product, and avoid using multiple scented products in the same space until you know how the fragrance feels to you.
Product Formats
What is the difference between candles, wax melts, room sprays, and car diffusers?
- Candles are best for full-room atmosphere.
- Wax melts are low-maintenance home fragrance for use with a warmer.
- Room sprays are best for quick resets in rooms, bathrooms, cars, and linens when used carefully.
- Car diffusers are made for steady fragrance in your vehicle.
- Body care keeps fragrance closer, softer, and more personal.
Why are some products in Last Chance?
Last Chance items are final-run, retiring, seasonal, or older formats. Once they sell out, they may not return.
Why are small and large candles listed if medium candles are the main format?
Medium candles are the main Romilow candle format going forward. Small and large candles may appear as final-run, limited, or Last Chance pieces while remaining inventory sells through.
Candle Care
How should I burn my candle?
For the first burn, allow the wax pool to reach close to the edges of the jar. This helps the candle burn more evenly in future uses.
Should I trim the wick?
Yes. Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn. A trimmed wick helps control flame height, soot, and uneven burning.
How long should I burn a candle?
Burn in shorter, controlled sessions. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours at a time, and stop using the candle when only a small amount of wax remains at the bottom.
Basic candle safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from drafts, children, pets, curtains, papers, and anything flammable. Burn only on a stable, heat-safe surface.
Wax Melt Care
How do I use wax melts?
Place wax melts in an approved wax warmer. Do not add water. Start with one cube or a small amount, then add more if needed.
How long does the scent last?
Scent life depends on the fragrance, warmer temperature, room size, and how long the warmer is used. Replace the wax when the scent fades.
Room Spray Care
Where can I use room spray?
Room sprays are made for quick atmosphere resets in spaces like bedrooms, bathrooms, cars, and linens. Spray lightly and allow mist to settle.
Can I spray it on fabric?
Test a small hidden area first. Avoid delicate fabrics, finished wood, painted surfaces, leather, and anything that may stain or react.
Can I use room spray on skin or pets?
No. Room spray is not body spray and should not be sprayed on skin, pets, or pet bedding.
Car Diffuser Care
How do I use a car diffuser?
Remove the cap and stopper, replace the cap, then briefly tip the bottle so the fragrance touches the wooden lid. Hang upright and wipe away any spills immediately.
How strong will it be?
Car diffuser strength can change with temperature, sunlight, airflow, and how often the wooden lid is refreshed. Warm cars may make fragrance stronger.
Can the oil spill?
Yes. Keep the diffuser upright and avoid over-saturating the wooden lid. Fragrance oil can damage surfaces, so wipe spills immediately and keep it away from dashboards, trim, leather, plastic, and painted surfaces.
Body Care
How should I use body oils and lotions?
Apply to clean skin as desired. A little goes a long way. Avoid eyes, broken skin, and sensitive areas.
How should I use beard oil?
Apply a small amount to the beard and skin underneath, then comb or work through evenly. Start with less and add more only if needed.
Should I patch test?
Yes. Patch test body care before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin. Stop use if irritation occurs.
Gifting
What should I buy as a gift?
For the safest gift, choose Best Sellers, Start Here Sets, or easy-gift fragrances like Business Casual, Cowboy, Rebel Black, and Blackberry Fairy.
Do you offer gift cards?
If gift cards are available, they will appear in the shop. They are a good option when you want the recipient to choose their own fragrance.
