How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days.
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is planned as the brand expands.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

What wax do you use in your candles?
We use plant-based wax blends, including soy and coconut.

Why it matters:

• Renewable materials
• Cleaner burn compared to paraffin
• Lower soot production
• Longer, more even burn

It’s a better experience for both the fragrance and your space.

Are your fragrances safe?
All fragrance oils used in our products are phthalate-free and compliant with IFRA safety standards, which regulate fragrance ingredients for consumer products.

We carefully select fragrance materials designed for safe use in candles, body products, and home fragrance applications.

How long do your candles burn?

Approximate burn times:

Small candles: 20–30 hours
Medium candles: 40–50 hours
Large candles: 50–70 hours

Burn time depends on wick care and burn habits.

Can I burn these in apartments or smaller spaces?
Yes. These are designed for normal home environments.

For best performance:

• Trim the wick before each burn
• Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn
• Avoid burning longer than 3–4 hours at a time

Body Products

What makes your body products different?

Most body products smell like dessert.

Ours don’t.

Romilow body products are designed to carry the same elevated fragrance profiles as our home scents — structured, balanced, and intentionally modern.

No sugar overload.
No basic vanilla cloud.

Just fragrance that actually feels like it belongs on a grown adult.

Room Sprays & Car Fragrance

How strong are your room sprays?

Strong enough to change the room.
Not strong enough to punch you in the face.

A few sprays will refresh a space instantly with a clean, layered fragrance profile.

How long do car fresheners last?

Most last 3–5 weeks, depending on climate and airflow.

Hot climates may shorten lifespan slightly — fragrance evaporates faster in heat.

Returns & Order Issues

What if I don’t like the scent?

Fragrance is personal.

If something isn’t right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help with an exchange or store credit.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

We package carefully, but shipping companies occasionally test our patience.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.

Email us with your order number as soon as possible and we’ll take care of it.

Candle Care

Why is my candle tunneling?

This usually happens when the first burn is too short.

On the first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the container (usually 2–3 hours).
This sets the memory of the candle and prevents tunneling.

How do I care for my candle?

Simple rules:

• Trim wick to ⅛ inch before lighting
• Burn no longer than 4 hours at a time
• Keep away from drafts
• Stop burning when ½ inch of wax remains
